By accessing veyvora.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility & research use

Products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (see Research Use Only). By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution, lawfully able to purchase and handle these products in your jurisdiction.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in EUR, CZK or GBP depending on your selection. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.

Payment

Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider via secure redirect. We do not store full payment-card details.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyvora is not liable for any misuse of products or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veyvora is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
