EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, nor to goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g. temperature-sensitive research materials). Most Veyvora products fall within these exceptions once the cold chain is broken or seals are opened.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@veyvora.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency, within 14 days of approval.
